- Implement IMS processes and procedures in line with ISO 9001/14001/41001/45001 standards.
- Assist in developing and improving processes and procedures.
- Communicate IMS information throughout the organisation to raise QHSE awareness.
- Review and approve method statements for all activities, whether subcontracted, variable, or in-house.
- Conduct informal routine site inspections (planned/unplanned) to assess compliance with IFC FM and client requirements, as well as health and safety standards.
- Conduct formal QHSE inspections according to the inspection schedule, reporting findings to the QHSE Engineer and Manager.
- Generate reports on inspection findings, informing operations and management.
- Ensure Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) are raised for activities not meeting contract specifications.
- Conduct formal IMS audits as scheduled, reporting outcomes to the QHSE Engineer and Manager.
- Monitor subcontractors to ensure compliance with work requirements.
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and developing safe work method statements.
- Provide QHSE Toolbox talk training to operatives.
- Deliver QHSE induction training to all personnel, including subcontractors and visitors.
- Report all accidents, incidents, and near misses to the QHSE Engineer and Manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role (with at least 3 years in the UAE), preferably in a multinational facility management business.
- Diploma in Engineering or a QHSE certification.
- Valid UAE driving license.
