For reliable verification, open the issuer-provided licence inside DigiLocker or mParivahan. Do not rely only on:

- An edited image

- A manually created licence card
- An unknown third-party application
Acceptance in a particular non-traffic situation—such as a foreign authority, private employer or international car-rental company—may depend on that organisation’s own requirements.

- Licence holder’s full name

Step 1: Open Official DigiLocker

- Change the address
